Liam Jeffrey – Newborn Session

This sleepy little guy was wonderful to photograph. After a good nursing session he was in such a milk coma, we could have done anything to him. Liam is about 3 weeks old and is such a cutie pie! Thank you to Mom Anna and Mom-Mom Helen for helping out with Maddie during the session. We hope you like the images!

Jesse – Priceless Newborn Portraits

Little does little Jesse know that this was not his first photo session! We had the pleasure of photographing Jesse’s Mom, Dad and Big Brother Christian when Jesse was still in his mommy’s belly. It was so wonderful to have the whole family back to the studio to celebrate Jesse’s arrival. He allowed us to capture some priceless images. Thank you to Jesse’s family for trusting us to create these memories for them!

Nora – Sweetheart Newborn Portraits

“A Baby fills a place in your heart that you never knew was empty.” These words are so true and are certainly the case for the parents of little Nora. What a sweetheart she was. After a little coaxing to get to sleep, we were able to capture some adorable images that her parents can treasure for years to come.

Little Olivia – Infant Portraits

What a pleasure it is to work with new parents in photographing their new little bundles of joy. Getting to meet and spend time with the parents of the little ones we photograph is part of the fun of a newborn session. The other fun is of course creating timeless images of sweet little ones. Olivia was so much fun to work with. She gave us a little fight, but with the wonderful help of mom and dad, we got her to sleep and had some fun!

Young Gentleman at the Age of 7

Gregory and his Mom stopped by the studio for a more traditional photo shoot. This was probably one of the easiest sessions to photograph. Editing the images was no problem at all by having a nice thing called custom white balance. Five minutes to go through the images to decide which ones were the studios best portraits and then another couple minutes to run a batch sync in LightRoom. We also added a small tweak to Greg’s eyes to make them pop a bit more.

Shy, Reluctant, Quiet

Madeline and her parents came back to the studio for holiday portraits. We had anticipated the reserved personality of Madeline and did not schedule any sessions too close. Eventually Madeline warmed up to Meredith and allowed her to capture some images for the 2010 Holiday Season. Every opportunity I had to take her picture she would cover up her face, thus the reason Meredith took the portraits for this session.

When you wish upon a Star….

Mickey inspired portraits started off today’s sessions. The last time that we had the opportunity to photograph the Haurin Family was at a 50th Wedding Anniversary at Villa Barolo Restaurant. They missed last year’s holiday portrait deadline, and had to settle for another photographer’s portraits, which is why they came back to our studio. Not to go into real detail, but our quality and service was top notch compared to the other studio.

Autism Cares Foundation – 5k Walk/Run

What a wonderful day to spend raising money for a great cause! 1300 runners and walkers, lots of water, hot dogs, and some supportive organizations in the expo tent (ie. EARLI, FITLIFE, Cookies For Me ?) made for a very successful first Race for Resources. We were able to capture many great images of the runners, children enjoying the bounce house and Fun Bus, and lots of people there to just support the cause. Thank you to the Autism Cares Foundation for allowing us to to participate and join the fun!

Bruno : The Big Bad Boxer

Bruno the big bad boxer came to the studio today with his Mom. Well, not really “Big Bad”, just big. Bruno is a big guy and slobbered all over the studio! That’s why we have tile board flooring, because it is real easy to clean up and mess that we have in the studio. This was Bruno’s first time at the studio, and we do not think it will be the last. Pet portraits are so much fun, because we never know what to expect. Our studio is a pet friendly studio, whereas a lot of the “major” chains do not allow for pets in to the stores or locations.
