Portraits
• Payment for session fee is due upon completion of the session
• Payment for print orders from any session is due at the time the order is placed during your portrait consultation. Any orders placed through our online gallery, payment is due prior to order being sent to our professional printing lab.
• Location photo sessions further then 30-miles will incure a travel fee based on actual milage.
• During your portrait session we do not allow others to take photographs while we are working.

Portrait Payment Options:
• All print orders will not be submitted to our printing labs until full payment is received.
• Payments are due before the prints are sent to our professional printing lab.
• Check or Money Orders are preferred. Please make payable to Brandon Pittam Photography
• A fee of $50 will be added for "Non-sufficient" funds on each check submitted and must be paid before prints orders are processed.
• Cash is also accepted, but not recommended to be sent in the mail.
• We also accept Credit Card Payments through PayPal - Secure Checkout & No account needed
Wedding Payment Options:
• Your wedding date can only be held with a signed contract and non-refundable retainer.
• We require a 25% non-refundable retainer to exclusively reserve your date on our calendar. Your retainer will apply to your account balance. The remaining balance is due in three equal payments on the following schedule:
25% due 3 months prior to the wedding day
25% due 1 month prior to the wedding day
• Payments for your wedding package can be paid by cash, check, money order or Credit Card.

Important Instructions:
• Your billing address must match your credit card statement
• Sales tax is included in all item - no hidden fees will be added to the order during checkout
• No paypal account is needed!
• If you have a PayPal account, use it; or use a different notification email address upon checkout.
