Photographers
When you book with Brandon Pittam Photography - that's who you get. We do not out source to another studio or service for your main photographer. I, myself will be your main photographer and Meredith will be your 2nd photographer. In an event where Meredith will not be able to accommodate as 2nd photographer, I will have another professional photographer helping out.
Editing Enhancements
Black and white, sepia & special effect photos are often included with your custom proofs. These prints are for you to have an understanding of the different editing techniques available, that will be included in your wedding album. You can have some or all of your reprints done in black & white or in sepia. There are no additional charges associated with printing in black & white or sepia. Click to see Enhancements
Ceremony Coverage
Great care is exercised not to interfere with any aspect of your wedding. Available light is used whenever possible to photograph the ceremony. It is the customer’s responsibility to advise us about any coverage restrictions or preferences that may apply at the church or other ceremony location. At your request, photos of a staged re-enactment of the wedding ceremony can be taken.
Copyright & Usage
Clients who purchase or receive a CD or DVD of their image files will have the right to make and use copies of the images for their own use on electronic mail, web pages, and the like. If images are used on any web page, clients must give credit to photographer. Clients will not authorize any reproductions of the images for commercial use. More details will be available on your wedding contract.
Coverage Time
Coverage is based on consecutive hours and begins at the first location that you choose. Coverage time does not suspend due to large gaps in your wedding day scheduling. We understand that there can be some instances where there might be a delay in time between the end of your ceremony and the start of your reception. We are open to discussing possible coverage options and other scenarios with you.
Custom Designed 4x6" Proofs
Each of your wedding proofs are custom created by us. A variety of Black & White, soft focus, hand tinted, and other enhancements are used to give your prints that extra “EDGE!”
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary due to seasonal influences that place greater demands on our photo printing labs. Proofs are usually ready no later then 5 weeks from the date of the wedding. Final wedding albums are usually ready around 8 weeks from the time you submit your order at the design session (Traditional Parent Albums are available relatively sooner). A La Carte reprints are generally completed in about 2-3 weeks. We cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by unusual circumstances or by circumstances beyond our control.
Digital Imaging
High resolution digital cameras are combined with professional lighting equipment to capture your wedding day images. Backup equipment is always brought to the event site to guarantee continuation of coverage in the event of an equipment failure.
Digital Negative Files
A CD or DVD containing your wedding files is included with “The Masterpiece Package.” These are similar to receiving a copy of your film negatives. They are high resolution un-edited images and are not copyrighted or "watermarked.” These may also be purchased as upgrades to other packages.
DVD Slideshow
What better way to show your family & friends your wedding day. Sit in the comfort of your home and watch your day unfold over and over again. All your wedding proofs (with no custom borders) will be creatively displayed in this custom rendered DVD Slideshow, with music.
Engagement Session
Each of our wedding packages (not included in the Basics Package) includes a 2-hour personalized engagement session. This can be on location or in studio, the choice is yours. You will receive (3) - 8x10 image that can be displayed at your wedding reception & (2) - 5x7 Low-Resolution files for newspaper announcements.
Flush Mount Albums
You can choose your favorite images and we will design a first edition hand crafted flush mount wedding album that you will not want to put down. These albums are included in all printed packages except for “The Basics Package.” You as the client have the option to upgrade any album size or number of spreads (additional charges do apply). Traditional Parent Albums can also be upgraded to a Flush Mount Album (additional charges do apply).
Guests Taking Photographs
Guests are encouraged to take photographs as long as their actions do not interfere with ours and they respect our role as your professionally hired photographer. More details will be available on your wedding contract.
Image Life
Major improvements and technological advances in the photographic processes have added longevity and stability to the printed photos. No one can guarantee that your photographs will never fade or discolor. With proper handling and storage away from heat, humidity and intense direct sunlight, your photographs should last a lifetime. Our photos are printed by professional photography labs on professional paper.
Multiple Locations
We will provide coverage at multiple locations on the wedding day. However, coverage is based on consecutive hours and begins at the first location that you choose. Coverage time does not suspend due to large gaps in your wedding day scheduling.
Online Gallery
Family and friends that could not attend your wedding can now view your images in your private online gallery. Only those with the custom access code can view your images. This gallery is also a personal shopping cart.
Permit & Vendor Fees
Please check with your vendor/location of wedding as well as parks, historical areas that may require photography permits.
Album Design Session
This session is your time to discuss with us what images you would like to have in your wedding album. We will discuss layout design, cover design, and anything necessary to complete your wedding album.
Retouching
Standard retouching is included in the cost of wedding or other social event services. The term standard retouch shall include image alterations and enhancements, minor blemish removal and custom color matching. Basic image cropping and image composition are also included in the cost of all services. Extensive retouching (severe acne, scarring, head swaps) will require an additional fee. Due to the many variables involved in the photographic process, special poses or special effects cannot be guaranteed.
Rush Service
Rush Service is available. Please feel free to inquire about costs and limitations.
Signature Boards
A popular and more upscale twist to the traditional signature guest book is a signature board. Our signature board is 16x20"or 20x24” that contain a photo from your engagement photo session with a black wood frame and glass.
Destination Weddings
Wedding prices are based on services in the Philadelphia area. Events that exceed 100 miles from, Horsham, Pa will incur a travel fee of $0.50 per mile. For destination weddings feel free to contact us for additional information.
Unlimited Images
With the most up-to-date technology in digital photography, there's no limit to the number of images we take of your wedding day. Typically, during full day coverage we may take between 600-1000 images at a wedding. The main reason for the substantial amount of images is that every wedding is as unique as every bride and groom. However many images it takes to tell the story is how many will be created. After the "blinkers" and duplicate poses are eliminated, you are still likely to have over 300 finished, custom designed proofs.
